All necessary event details, participation materials (like BIB numbers, t-shirts, etc.), and other event-related information will be provided at designated collection points, such as the BIB Expo or on the event day itself.

Participants must collect their event kits at the BIB Expo. No shipping or delivery service is provided for event-related materials.
