Terms & Conditions :
- THIS RUN IS ONLY FOR FEMALES. IF ANY MALE REGISTERS IN THE EVENT, HE WILL NOT BE GIVEN THE BIB AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN THE RACE. HIS REGISTRATION CHARGES WILL ALSO NOT BE REFUNDED.
- No entry without BIB in the holding area.
- Once applied, no requests for refund or transfer of application fees will be entertained under any circumstances.
- Distance chosen will not be changed.
- T-shirt size will not be changed.
- BIB for the race should be collected in advance. BIB will not be distributed on the race day in any case. No running number will be posted to individual mailing addresses. No bibs will be handed over post the declared closing hours of the Expo.
- Participant must collect the finisher medal before leaving the ground. No finisher medal will be sent by courier.
- Application fees shall not be refunded in any case, whether due to non-participation, failure to collect bib, or being unwell on race day.

- Half Marathon, Dream Run 10K, and Fun Run (5 Km) runners will be classified into age categories for awards.
- If the Kota Pink Run 2026 is cancelled or postponed due to reasons beyond the control of organizers, your entry will be carried forward to the next edition without extra fees. Qualification criteria for the next edition will apply.
- Please participate only if you are totally fit. Kota Fitness and Runners Foundation, FSRC, or any event official is not responsible for any mishap/accident.
- Decision of The Kota Pink Run organizing team shall be final and abiding.
